Major League Youth Sports promotes and runs NFL Flag DE, a youth NFL Flag Football League in Delaware for boys and girls ages 5-14. 

In return for your registration fee, NFL Flag DE will present each participant with an official NFL reversible flag football jersey, flag belt and NFL Flag DE shorts, trophies or medals for the champions in each age group. We will also organize the participants into teams that will be coached by volunteers in the community.

The coaches (volunteer parents) will instruct the participants in the rules of the game and help teach the skills of flag football, in an age appropriate manner. Most importantly, our volunteer coaches will instruct to the players the fundamentals of good sportsmanship and fair play.

 

NFL Flag DE will strive to create a positive and supportive learning environment that is fun, low-stress, and safe.

The league will operate in the spring for approximately 7 weeks. Each team will play one game per week lasting 30 minutes. Practice will be for one to three hours per week (at each volunteer coach’s discretion).

NFL Flag is the premier youth Flag Football League for boys and girls ages 5-14; the program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork.
